Meet Renee
A little about me:
I am a professional life coach who is passionate about helping others achieve personal and professional goals. I believe to my core that building a healthy relationship with yourself and aligning actions with your values is the magic formula for lasting fulfillment. But none of that is easy, and that’s where I come in. Supporting clients as they step out of their comfort zone to accomplish hard things is my jam. I show up with warmth, non-judgement, and authenticity to help cheerlead, problem-solve, and motivate. I hold my clients accountable and partner with them to blast through the barriers holding them back from living their best lives. I love digging deep with my clients to get tangible results. And I love the discovery of the unexpected nuggets that surface through the process even more.
I am double certified as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) out of Manhattan. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania with a major in Communications. I have a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and work as a licensed psychotherapist in the State of New Jersey. Note: coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy, nor is it clinical treatment. Clients who seek psychotherapy services with me may inquire separately.
In my free time you’ll find me researching my next travel destination, working toward fitness and wellness goals, baking desserts (and then eating them), running a busy household with a multitude of two- and four-legged children, hiking with my partner, and catching up on group texts.
